Stuffed Bell Peppers

1 cup long grain white rice
1 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
3 large bell peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar

  1. This sounds so good. My mom made stuffed bell peppers for dinner a couple of years ago and they were...uhm....interesting. lol

    She used these gargantuan bell peppers and stuffed them with cooked white rice and hamburger meat and then simmered them in stewed tomatoes. There was no salt, no pepper and no taste. lol It was funny as all get out to see everyone trying to shove those things down because both my brothers and their wives were there. lol
