3 large bell peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar
This sounds so good. My mom made stuffed bell peppers for dinner a couple of years ago and they were...uhm....interesting. lol
ReplyDeleteShe used these gargantuan bell peppers and stuffed them with cooked white rice and hamburger meat and then simmered them in stewed tomatoes. There was no salt, no pepper and no taste. lol It was funny as all get out to see everyone trying to shove those things down because both my brothers and their wives were there. lol
